What comes to mind when you hear the word exercise?
Are you excited to put on your running shoes and hit the trail or head to the gym? Or do you cringe at the word altogether? The fact is, we need to keep our bodies moving. Our bodies don’t like sitting in front of a computer screen or tv for hours at a time. It reminds us with those aches and pains in our neck, back, buns…everywhere! Sometimes we think of exercise as a chore. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
Together we can discover a variety of activities to look forward to which also involve movement. Activities you can enjoy alone or with family and friends. Once you’ve set a routine in place your body will reward you with a bounty of benefits like heightened emotional positivity, increased muscle strength and elevated energy!
